- Have a mySAVING type of savings account
- Account must be active
- Must have an ATM card with PIN
- The myMOBILE app can be used on Android phones with a minimum recommended version of 6.0, and IOS phones with a minimum version of 11.0.
Register myMOBILE at an ATM:
- Insert ATM card and PIN
- Select the language to be used
- Select the "Other Transactions" menu
- Select the "Service Registration/PIN" menu
- Select the "Mobile Banking Registration" menu
- Select your Account Type "Savings or Current Account"
- Enter the registered mobile number
- Enter your 6-digit transaction PIN for myMOBILEïƒ Select "Correct"
- Confirm 6 digit transaction PIN for myMOBILEïƒ Select "Correct"
- MyMOBILE registration at ATM has been successful
