Terms and Conditions of the Bank Mayapada Online Transfer Program

1. Bank Mayapada customers are encouraged to make as many online transfer transactions as possible through Bank Mayapada channels (myMOBILE, myONLINE, and myATM), with a minimum of 10 online transfer transactions per month
2. Transactions will be calculated based on the Customer Information File (CIF) during the program period (2 months)
3. Only transactions successfully processed by the bank will be counted in the program
4. The prize will be awarded to the 5 customers with the highest number of online transfer transactions during the program period

6. The Digital Sales & Partnership Team will calculate the number of transactions per customer at the end of the program period
7. Winners will be announced within a maximum of 15 working days after the program period ends
8. The winners will be announced via the Bank Mayapada website and Instagram account. Additionally, Bank Mayapada will send confirmation via email and/or SMS to the winners
9. To claim the prize, winners must confirm by contacting the call center at 1-5000-29 within the time period specified in the winner announcement. Failure to confirm within the specified time will result in disqualification
10. Prizes must be collected at the customer’s account branch or a branch selected by the customer based on their confirmation during the call center contact
11. If a winner fails to appear at the specified time and location for prize collection, or fails to provide the required verification documents, they will be disqualified
12. This program is not valid for Bank Mayapada employees
13. Winners will not be charged any additional fees
14. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash
15. Bank Mayapada will never request sensitive customer information such as user ID, password, PIN, or OTP for participation in this program. Be cautious of fraud claiming to represent Bank Mayapada
16. All decisions, terms, or changes related to this program made by Bank Mayapada are final and cannot be contested
17. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to withhold prizes if there is any indication of fraudulent activity involving the use of this promotion
18. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to review and amend the terms and conditions of this program at any time if necessary, with notification provided via the official website at https://www.bankmayapada.com/ or through other channels as determined by the Bank
19. By participating in this program, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the applicable terms and conditions
