Program Mechanism:

1. The promotion is valid for all Bank Mayapada Internasional customers
2. The promotion is valid from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026
3. The promotion is only valid for the first 470 transactions of customers who purchase Telkomsel credit purchase or Telkomsel data packages of all denominations through myATM, myMOBILE, and myMOBILE Plus channels. Customers will receive a phone credit bonus of IDR 5.000, which will be credited directly to each customer’s mobile phone number
4. Transaction calculations are based on the customer’s mobile phone number. Each mobile phone number is entitled to receive phone credit bonus a maximum of three (3) times
5. Valid Transactions are transactions that are declared successful by the Bank and the switching party
6. The phone credit bonus will be directly credited to the respective customer’s mobile phone number referring to program’s terms and conditions
7. Bank Mayapada Internasional will never request customer’s privacy data e.g. : user ID, password, PIN, or OTP for participation in this program. Beware of fraud committed in the name of Bank Mayapada Internasional
8. All decisions, terms, or changes to the terms related to the program made by Bank Mayapada Internasional are final and binding
9. Bank Mayapada Internasional reserves the right to refuse to grant rewards if there are indications of fraud related to the use of this promotion
10. Bank Mayapada Internasional reserves the right to review and amend the terms and conditions of this program at any time if deemed necessary, with information provided through the website https://www.bankmayapada.com/ or other media determined by the Bank
11. By participating in this program, customers are deemed to have read, known, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions of the program
