Sweepstakes Program Mayapada Sensasi

Mayapada Sensasi is a lucky draw program organized by Bank Mayapada as a form of appreciation for individual customers who save with mySAVING and earn myREWARDS points.

1. Individual mySAVING account customers, both new and existing, are eligible, but joint accounts are not eligible. QQ mySAVING accounts are still eligible to participate in the sweepstakes program, and the first name listed on the account is registered as the valid sweepstakes coupon owner.
2. The terms and conditions for individual mySAVING accounts are mySAVING (regular) accounts in Indonesian Rupiah with plan codes 62 (resident) and 63 (non-resident).
3. The program does not apply to mySAVING accounts with special interest rates.  
4. Accounts must be active at the time of the sweepstakes. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to exclude sweepstakes coupons owned by customers whose accounts are inactive/dormant/closed before the drawing of prize winners from the prize drawing.
5. The program is valid nationwide.
6. The minimum balance requirement in the winning customer's mySAVING account at the end of the program period (March 31, 2026) for each prize is as follows:
   • Prize 1: BYD Sealion 7 Premium (minimum balance of IDR 500,000,000)
   • Prize 2: BYD Dolphin Dynamic (minimum balance of IDR 100,000,000)
   • Prize 3: Honda Beat CBS (minimum balance of IDR 50,000,000)
   • Prize 4: Holiday Inn Bali Sanur 2 Days 1 Night Voucher (minimum balance of IDR 10,000,000)
   • Prize 5: Mayapada Hospital Medical Check-Up Voucher (minimum balance of IDR 10,000,000)
7. Customers with a minimum balance of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) will be entered into a drawing for a BYD Sealion 7 Premium, BYD Dolphin Dynamic, Honda Beat CBS, a 2-day 1-night Holiday Inn Bali Sanur voucher, and a Mayapada Hospital Medical Check-Up voucher.
8. Customers with a minimum balance of IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) will be entered into a sweepstakes for a BYD Dolphin Dynamic, Honda Beat CBS, a 2-day, 1-night voucher for Holiday Inn Bali Sanur, and a Medical Check-Up voucher for Mayapada Hospital.
9. Customers with a minimum balance of IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) will be entered into a sweepstakes for a Honda Beat CBS, a 2-day, 1-night voucher for Holiday Inn Bali Sanur, and a voucher for a medical check-up at Mayapada Hospital.
10. Customers with a minimum balance of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) will be entered into the sweepstakes for the Holiday Inn Bali Sanur 2 Days 1 Night voucher and the Mayapada Hospital Medical Check-Up voucher.
11. Each Customer is only entitled to win one (1) prize. Customers who have won a prize are not eligible to win other prizes.
12. The program does not apply to Mayapada Bank employees.
13. Customers do not need to redeem myREWARDS points, but the system will convert all expired myREWARDS points as of March 31, 2026, into Mayapada Sensasi sweepstakes coupons. The conversion rate is 5,150 (five thousand one hundred fifty) myREWARDS points = 1 (one) Mayapada Sensasi sweepstakes coupon, applicable in multiples.
14. Mayapada Sensasi sweepstakes coupons that do not win prizes cannot be converted back into myREWARDS points.
15. After the sweepstakes program period ends on March 31, 2026, mySAVING customers will continue to earn myREWARDS points in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, but these points can no longer be exchanged for sweepstakes coupons.
16. The way to earn myREWARDS points from Saving is by maintaining the average monthly balance of your mySAVING account. Every multiple of the average monthly balance of mySAVING of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) will earn 10 (ten) myREWARDS points.
17. A 25% sweepstakes prize tax is borne by the winner for the BYD Sealion 7 Premium, BYD Dolphin Dynamic, and Honda Beat CBS prizes.
18. A 25% sweepstakes prize tax is borne by the Organizer for the Holiday Inn Bali Sanur 2 Days 1 Night voucher and Mayapada Hospital Medical Check-up voucher prizes.
19. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this program if the customer does not meet the program requirements.
20. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
21. The Bank reserves the right at any time to analyze the fairness of transactions, evaluate and decide to cancel the participation of participating customers in this program if there are indications of abuse/fraud committed by the customer.
22. The decisions, provisions and changes to the provisions made are final and cannot be contested.
23. In the case of force majeure, Bank Mayapada reserves the right to:
    • postpone or terminate the implementation of the Sweepstakes Program;
    • postpone or cancel the awarding of Prizes to Prize Winners; and/or
    • change the Sweepstakes Program Period.

The winners will be selected through a computerized drawing system on April 23, 2026, in accordance with applicable regulations. The sealing and drawing will be witnessed and certified by witnesses from the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Department of Social Affairs, and a notary.

• Bank Mayapada reserves the right to verify the identity of the Prize Winner. In the case that the Prize Winner cannot be verified by Bank Mayapada, Bank Mayapada reserves the right not to award the Prize to the Prize Winner.
• The Prize Winner is required to collect the Prize in person within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Prize Winner drawing at the Bank Mayapada branch where the customer opened their account, the vehicle dealer appointed by Bank Mayapada, or another location determined by Bank Mayapada.
• Prize Winners are not permitted to transfer their rights to the Prize to any other party. 
• In the case that a Prize Winner is unable to receive the Prize directly, Bank Mayapada reserves the right to request a power of attorney/appointment letter from the Prize Winner to the party appointed to represent the Prize Winner in receiving the Prize. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to refuse to hand over the Prize to any party that cannot be verified by Bank Mayapada as the Prize Winner or their representative in accordance with the applicable provisions at Bank Mayapada.
• Vehicle prizes will be delivered off the road. Other costs (vehicle registration fees, vehicle registration certificates, license plates, transfer fees, administrative fees, etc.) will be borne by the winning customer.
• The color and type of prize given to the winning customer will depend on the availability of the prize.
• Bank Mayapada does not accept special requests for color, size, upgrades, exchanges, or other requests that do not match the predetermined prize specifications.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or any other form. 
• Bank Mayapada is not the guarantor of the prizes obtained by customers under this Program. Therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the prizes must be directed to the prize manufacturer.
• All matters related to the calculation and reporting of taxes on prizes received by customers are the sole responsibility of the customer (self-assessment basis).
• If the Prize Winner cannot be verified by Bank Mayapada in accordance with the applicable provisions at Bank Mayapada, or the Prize Winner does not collect the Prize by the specified deadline, the Prize will be treated as an Hadiah Tidak Diambil Pemenang (HTDP) and Bank Mayapada reserves the right to hand over the HTDP Prize to the competent authority in accordance with applicable laws. The Prize Winner cannot file any claims or demands to Bank Mayapada for Prizes that are not claimed by the Prize Winner until the end of the above period.

• Be aware of scams or fraud conducted by individuals falsely claiming to represent Bank Mayapada and promising prizes. Any fraud or criminal acts by third parties misusing the Mayapada Sensasi Sweepstakes Program name are beyond the responsibility of Bank Mayapada.
• Avoid scam attempts posing as lottery prize notifications via phone, WhatsApp, or social media on behalf of Bank Mayapada.
• Do not be deceived by fake messages, ads, accounts, or websites claiming to be Bank Mayapada.
