Terms & Conditions of the Cashback Program for E-Wallet Top-up via myONLINE & myMOBILE

Program Period: June 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025. The following are the terms and conditions for customers to be eligible for the program:

1. To be eligible for this program, Customers must perform E-wallet Top-up transactions through all or one of the following channels: myONLINE or myMOBILE, on one or more of the e-wallets listed below:
   
   • Gopay, Ovo, & LinkAja via myONLINE
   • Gopay, Ovo, & LinkAja via myMOBILE
2. Perform a minimum of 5 e-wallet top-up transactions per month (accumulated) via one or all channels during the program period.
3. Transaction calculation is based on CIF (Customer Information File).
4. Transactions included in the program calculations are transactions declared successful by the bank.
5. Customers who fulfill the requirements in points 1–4 above will receive a cashback of   Rp10.000,00.
6. The cashback of Rp10.000,00 will be credited to the Customer’s account within a maximum of 10 working days in the following month and will be granted once per month.
7. Cashback will be credited at the beginning of the following month. Example: Cashback for transactions made in June 2025 will be credited within the first 10 working days of July 2025.
8. The program does not apply to mekar savings account.
9. The program is applicable to all Customers, Bank Mayapada Employees & Group.
10. Cashback will be credited to one of the funds source accounts. The selection of the cashback recipient account is the Bank’s decision.
11. The Bank’s decision cannot be contested.
12. Bank Mayapada will never request for sensitive Customer information, such as user ID, password, PIN, OTP for participation in this program. Customers are advised to be cautious of fraud attempts impersonating Bank Mayapada.
13. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to review and amend the program terms at any time.
