Terms & Conditions for the Telkomsel Credit & Data Package Promotion on myATM, and myMOBILE Channels

Program Period: August 1 to September 30, 2026. The terms and conditions for customers to be eligible for this program are as follows:

1. The promo is valid for all customers of Bank Mayapada Internasional
2. The promo period is valid from August 1 to September 30, 2026
3. The promo applies to all customers who purchase Telkomsel regular mobile credit (pulsa) or Telkomsel data packages with a minimum denomination of IDR 75,000 via myATM and myMOBILE channels
4. The promo is valid for the first 1,300 transactions for the purchase of Telkomsel regular mobile credit or Telkomsel data packages with a minimum denomination of IDR 75,000 via myATM and myMOBILE channels, which will receive a bonus mobile credit of IDR 5,000 per transaction, directly credited to each customer's mobile phone number
5. Transaction calculations are based on the customer's mobile phone number. One mobile phone number is eligible for a maximum of 2 bonus credits per month
6. Only successful transactions will be included in the program calculation
7. Customers who successfully complete the purchase of Telkomsel regular credit or data packages in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions will receive a bonus credit of IDR 5,000 up to a maximum of IDR 10,000, credited directly to their respective numbers
8. Bank Mayapada will never request sensitive customer data, such as User ID,  password, PIN, or OTP, for program participation purposes. Please beware of fraud on behalf of Bank Mayapada
9. All decisions, terms, or changes related to this program made by Bank Mayapada Internasional are final and binding
10. Bank Mayapada Internasional reserves the right to refuse the reward if there are indications of fraud or misuse related to this promotion
11. Bank Mayapada Internasional reserves the right to review and amend the program terms and conditions at any time if necessary, by providing notice via the website https://www.bankmayapada.com or other media determined by the Bank
