Terms & Conditions Cashback Program For Phone Credit & Data Package via myONLINE & myMOBILE

Program Period: September 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025. Followings are terms and conditions for customers to be eligible for this program:

  1. Customers must perform Mobile Top-Ups and/or Data Package purchases through one or both channels; myONLINE or myMOBILE, with one or more of the following operators: Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, Tri, Smartfren.
  2. Customers must perform a minimum of 5 accumulated transactions per month for Mobile Top-Ups and/or Data Package purchases through one or both channels (myONLINE and myMOBILE) during the program period.
  3. Transaction calculations are based on CIF.
  4. Only transactions that are successfully processed and confirmed by the bank will be counted in the program.
  5. Customers who meet the requirements in points 1 - 4 above will receive a cashback of IDR 10,000.00.
  6. The cashback of IDR 10,000.00 will be credited to the customer’s account within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days in the following month and will be given once a month.
  7. Cashback will be credited at the beginning of each following month. Example: Cashback for transactions made in September 2025 will be credited within the first 10 (ten) business days of October 2025.
  8. The program is not applicable for Tabungan Mekar (Employee Savings Account).
  9. The program is valid for all customers including Bank Mayapada & Mayapada Group employees.
  10. Cashback will be credited to one of the source fund accounts. The selection of the account to receive the cashback is at the sole discretion of the Bank.
  11. The Bank's decision is final and cannot be contested.
  12. Bank Mayapada will never request sensitive customer data such as user ID, password, PIN, OTP for program participation. Beware of fraud in the name of Bank Mayapada.
  13. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to review and amend the terms and conditions of the program at any time.
