Terms & Conditions of the Most Frequent Transactions Program for E-Wallet Top-Ups, Mobile Phone Credit & Data Packages, and Bill Payments via myONLINE, myMOBILE, & myATM 

Program Period: October 19, 2026 – January 20, 2027.

The following terms and conditions apply to customers participating in the program:

1. Customers must complete a minimum of 30 transactions in total during the program period, consisting of e-wallet top-ups, mobile phone credit and data package purchases, and bill payments (excluding payments for credit cards issued by other banks).
2. Transactions will be calculated based on the Customer Information File (CIF).
3. Customers must conduct transactions through myONLINE, myMOBILE, myMOBILE Plus, or myATM.
4. Only transactions successfully completed and confirmed by the Bank will be included in the program calculation.
5. The following e-wallet top-ups and bill payments are eligible for the program:

6. This program is not applicable to Bank Mayapada employees or their family members.
   
7. Payments for Bank Mayapada Credit Cards and Personal Loans will each be counted as a maximum of one transaction per month for the purpose of determining the program winners.
   
8. The three customers with the highest number of transactions, with a minimum of 30 transactions during the program period, will receive the following prizes:
   • 1 (one) unit of Xiaomi Redmi Pad Pro for the customer with the highest number of transactions.
     
   • 1 (one) unit of Sony HT-S20R 5.1ch Home Cinema Soundbar System for the customer with the second-highest number of transactions.
     
   • 1 (one) unit of Prica B-Pro5 Alpha Edition 4K Mark III S Action Camera for the customer with the third-highest number of transactions. 
9. Winners will be subject to tax in accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 1, and the applicable tax regulations.
   
10. The winners will be announced no later than 14 (fourteen) business days after the program period ends.
