Transfer rupiah or foreign currency to other Mayapada Bank accounts. Transfer to other bank accounts online, BI-Fast, SKN/RTGS and virtual account/virtual transfer Mayapada Bank.

  • ID card

  • Saving book
  • ATM card.
  • Have an individual mySAVING or myGIRO savings account.
  • The account must be in an active state.
  • Must have proof of account ownership (passbook or ATM card).
  • Insert ATM card and pin
  • Select the language to be used
  • Select the "Other Transactions" menu
  • Select the "Service Registration/PIN" menu
  • Select the menu "Internet Banking Registration"
  • Enter the 6-digit PIN for myONLINE --> Select “Confirm”.
    (Note: Use this 6-digit PIN as the password during your first login)
  • myONLINE registration via ATM has been successfully completed.
    (Note: The User ID will appear on the ATM receipt printed after completing registration)
  • Activate myTOKEN through the "Activate myTOKEN" menu on myONLINE to start financial transactions on myONLINE. 

For registration through Bank Mayapada branch offices, the user ID will be sent through email and the password will be sent through text message based on the user’s data registered on Bank Mayapada. 

Authorization over financial transactions on myONLINE will be done through myTOKEN. Activate myTOKEN now to enable financial transactions on myONLINE. 

MYTOKEN

myTOKEN is a mobile application that replaces Hard Token function to authorize financial and non-financial transactions in myONLINE.

Newly registered myONLINE users who have just registered either through ATMs or Bank Mayapada Branch Offices can immediately activate myTOKEN independently through the "Activate myTOKEN" menu in myONLINE.

myONLINE users who currently using hard token can convert to myTOKEN by visiting Bank Mayapada branch office.

Activating myTOKEN
  • Customer has registered for myONLINE
  • myONLINE is active
  • Used on mobile phones with numbers registered with the myONLINE service
  • Used on Android-based mobile phones with a minimum version of 4.4 and IOS with a minimum version of 11.1.

 

  • Login myONLINE via www.myonline.id
  • Click Activate myTOKEN→ Make sure your mobile phone number and email data are correct
  • Select OS Type → Android/IOS → Select "Send Activation Code"
  • Open SMS from Bank Mayapada, click the URL and install the myTOKEN app
  • Open the myTOKEN app →  Select "Allow"
  • Choose Indonesian or English
  • Enter the verification code sent via SMS → Select "Verify"
  • Enter myONLINE Customer ID →  Select "Confirm"
  • Creation of myTOKEN PIN
  • myTOKEN is successfully activated
Safe Transaction Tips
  1. Access myONLINE by searching https://myonline.id on your internet browser.
  2. Ensure that your browser has entered https://myonline.id on the address bar. 
  3. Maintain privacy of myONLINE User ID and password myTOKEN pin by: 
    • Not informing User ID, Password, myTOKEN PIN to anyone under any circumstances.
    • Not using information that is easily identified, such as date of birth, phone number, etc as your password or PIN.
    • Not writing down your user ID, password, and PIN in any place visible to other parties.
    • User ID and password must be used carefully in order to not be seen by others. 
  4. Do transactions at places with guaranteed security such as PC (computer) or mobile phone.
  5. Do not leave computer terminal in active condition (log-on), must log-out every time you leave the terminal.
  6. Inform to Bank Mayapada if your User ID or password
