Terms & Conditions of myMOBILE & myONLINE Activation and Transaction Reward Program

This program is extended from September 1st to October 31st, 2025. The requirements for customers to be eligible for this program are as follows:

• New customers who have not previously registered as myMOBILE and myONLINE users.
• Customers must activate myMOBILE and myONLINE and make at least one type of transaction, such as interbank transfers (Online/SKN/RTGS/BI Fast), Payments and Purchases (including e-wallet top ups) via myMOBILE and myONLINE.
• Only transactions that are successfully processed by the Bank will be counted in the program.
• Customers who are declared successful will receive a Shopee e-voucher of IDR 100,000 (subject to voucher availability).
• Shopping vouchers will be sent to the customer’s registered email address on the 15th of the following month (business day) subject to BMI management’s approval. If the 15th falls on a public holiday, then the e-vouchers will be sent on the next business day. 
• Bank Mayapada Employees and their families are not eligible in the program.
• The Bank's decision is final and binding.
• Rewards are non-exchangeable for cash.
• Bank Mayapada reserves the right to reject the reward distribution in cases of suspected fraud.
• Bank Mayapada reserves the right to review and amend the program’s terms and conditions at any time.
