Terms & Conditions for Cashback & Reward Program for E-Wallet Top-Up, Mobile Credit & Data Package Purchases, and Bill Payments via myONLINE, myMOBILE, & myATMÂ
Program Period: May 1 to July 31, 2026. The requirements for customers to be eligible for the program are as follows:
- Customers must perform e-wallet top-ups, mobile credit & data package purchases, and bill payment transactions (excluding credit card payments of Bank Mayapada and other banks, as well as personal loans) with a minimum cumulative frequency of 10 transactions per month during the program period.
- BThe following are the eligible top-up and bill payment categories included in the program calculation:

- Transaction calculations are based on CIF (Customer Information File).Â
- Customers must conduct transactions via myONLINE, myMOBILE, or myATM.Â
- Only successful transactions as recorded by the Bank will be counted in the program.Â
- This program does not apply to Bank Mayapada employees and their family members.Â
- Eligible customers will receive a cashback of IDR 10,000.Â
- Customers with the highest transaction frequency, with a minimum of 36 cumulative transactions, will receive the following rewards:
- 1 unit of Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 for the first highest transaction customerÂ
- 1 unit of Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40 for the second highest transaction customerÂ
- 1 unit of Electrolux Air Fryer UltimateTaste 300 for the third highest transaction customerÂ
- Winners will be announced within a maximum of 14 working days after the program period ends.Â
- Winners will be subject to Article 17 paragraph (1) tax in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
