Terms & Conditions for the Cashback Program for Top-Up on E-Wallets, Credit & Data Packages via myONLINE, myMOBILE, & myATM

Program Period: February 1 to April 30, 2026. The following are the terms and conditions for customers eligibility: 

1. Customers must do at minimum of 5 (five) transactions within the same month through one or all channels (myONLINE and or myMOBILE and or myATM).
2. Transactions must include at minimum of 2 (two) types of transaction features, including:
   
   • Purchase of credit & data packages (prepaid & postpaid); Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, Smartfren, and Tri.
   • Top up on e-wallets; Gopay, OVO, LinkAja, DANA, and ShopeePay.
3. Minimum nominal amount of IDR 50,000 per transaction. 
4. Transactions must be made via myONLINE and or myMOBILE and or myATM. 
5. Transaction calculations are based on CIF (Customer Information File).
6. Transactions considered in the program are those declared successful by the bank.
7. Customers who meet the requirements from points 1 to 6 above will receive a cashback of IDR 10,000.
8. The cashback of IDR 10,000 will be credited to the Customer’s account at maximum of 10 business days in the following month and will be granted once per month.
9. Cashback will be credited at the beginning of each following month. For example: Cashback for transactions in February 2026 will be credited within the first 10 business days of March 2026.
10. This program does not apply to Bank Mayapada Employee Payroll Account (MEKAR).
11. This program is valid for all customers, Bank Mayapada employees, and Group employees.
12. Cashback will be credited to one of the funds source accounts. The selection of the cashback recipient account is the Bank’s decision.
13. The Bank’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
14. Bank Mayapada will never request Customers’ sensitive information, such as user ID, password, PIN, OTP for participation in this program. Beware of fraud conducted in the name of Bank Mayapada.
15. Bank Mayapada reserves the right to review and amend the program terms at any time.
