Bank Mayapada continuously carries out CSR activities (Corporate Social Responsibilities) as a form to maintain harmonious relationships between the company and community in the society. In addition, CSR is also one of the indication of successful company so it can share with the community and government. CSR programs have also been through the research to meet the right in the target and can useful in a sustainable manner.

In July 2018, Bank Mayapada donated several units of double-decker buses to be used free of charge to the society of Surakarta and Surabaya. Double-decker with Mercedes Benz brand for 3.7 Billion made in 2017 is also equipped with a classy interior, soft seats, equipped with LED TV. Passenger capacity is approximately 71 people for 2 storeys, with automatic doors and sensors. In addition, there will be special training for these bus drivers from Mercedes Benz.

The delivery of the bus was held on July 12, 2018. Surabaya received 2 units of buses which were handed over directly by President Commissioner of Bank Mayapada Dato 'Sri Prof. DR. (HC). Tahir, MBA. and received by Mayor of Surabaya Mrs. Tri Rismaharini at the lobby of Surabaya City Hall at 10 am. The delivery was also done symbolically in the form of a miniature of double-decker bus. Surabaya Mayor Mrs Tri Rismaharini plans to use this bus for public and for students in particular. The bus route will pass the track of the campuses in Surabaya, operating in the East and West region ie Campus C Unair, ITS and UNESA Lidah Kulon. The payment system uses plastic waste similar to Suroboyo buses owned by Surabaya Municipal Government.

Meanwhile in Surakarta, the bus was handed over directly and symbolically with of miniature bus, also by the President Commissioner of Bank Mayapada Dato 'Sri Prof. DR. (HC). Tahir, MBA. and accepted by Mayor of Surakarta Mr. FX. Hadi Rudyatmo at Surakarta City Hall at 3 pm. Unlike in Surabaya, the bus in Surakarta will be used for tourism purposes, supporting the existing Werkurdara iconic buses owned by Surakarta Municipal Government.  Mayapada Bus which now also has equipped by ornament of Werkurdara Wayang Characters,  will be directed to serve passengers from Solo to the tourist attraction in other areas in Soloraya, for example Sangiran Museum, Sondokoro in Karanganyar, milk centers in Boyolali, Cokro Tulung in Klaten, and etc.
