
Terms & Conditions of myMOBILE & myONLINE Activation and Transaction Reward Program
This program starts from February 1st to April 30th, 2025. The requirements for customers to be included in the program are as follows:
- New customers who are not yet registered as myMOBILE and myONLINE users.
- Activate myMOBILE and myONLINE and make at least one type of transaction, such as transfer to another bank (Online/SKN/RTGS/BI Fast), Payment and Purchase (including e-wallet top up).
- Transactions that are included in the program eligibility are transactions that are declared successful by the bank.
- Customers who are declared successful will receive a Shopee e-voucher of IDR 100,000.
- Shopping vouchers will be sent to customers via their registered email address every 15th of the following month.
- Bank Mayapada Employees and their families are not included in the program.
- The bank's decision is final.
- Prizes cannot be cashed.
- Bank Mayapada has the right to refuse to give prizes if there is an indication of fraud.
- Bank Mayapada reserves the right to review and change program provisions at any time.
