
Terms & Conditions Cashback Program For Top-up E-Wallet via myONLINE, & myMOBILE
Program Period: June 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025. Followings are terms and conditions for customers to be eligible for this program:
- To be eligible in this program, customers must perform an E-wallet Top-up transaction through one or both of these channels; myONLINE or myMOBILE, for one or more of the following e-wallet lists:
- Gopay, Ovo, & LinkAja on myONLINE
- Gopay, Ovo, & LinkAja on myMOBILE
- Customers must make an e-wallet top-up transaction with a minimum accumulated amount of 5 e-wallet top up transactions per month thru one or both channels during the program period.
- Transaction calculations are based on CIF.
- Transactions included in the program calculation are transactions that are declared successful by the bank.
- Customers who meet the criteria listed in points 1 - 4 above will get cashback worth IDR 10,000.00.
- Cashback of IDR 10,000.00 will be credited to customer within a maximum of 10 working days in the following month and will be given once a month.
- Cashback will be credited at the beginning of each following month. Example: Cashback for transactions in June 2025 will be credited within the first 10 working days of July 2025.
- Does not apply to Mekar savings types.
- Applicable to all Customers, Bank Mayapada Employees & Group.
- Cashback will be credited to one of the source accounts. The selection of the cashback recipient account is the Bank's decision.
- The Bank's decision is final and cannot be contested.
- Bank Mayapada will never ask for sensitive Customer data such as user ID, password, PIN, OTP for program participation purposes. Beware of fraud in the name of Bank Mayapada.
- Bank Mayapada reserves the right to review and amend the terms and conditions of the program at any time.
