myONLINE is an Internet Banking service from Bank Mayapada that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
myONLINE Services :
- Information :
- Account balance information, account movements in the last 90 days, list of interest rates for all Bank Mayapada products, list of selling and buying rates of foreign currency, deposit information, loan information and displays all RDN transactions.
- Transfer :
- Transfer between Bank Mayapada, foreign currency transfer to other Mayapada Bank accounts, transfer to other bank accounts with the types of Online, BI-Fast and SKN/RTGS, transfers Bank Mayapada virtual account.
- Purchase :
- Credit Purchase, eWallet top-ups, PLN tokens.
- Payment :
- PAM payments, telephone, internet, Pay-TV, state revenue, PLN, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, installments and tickets.
- Others information :
- My profile information to view my account profile, bank code information and also contact us.
myONLINE REGISTRATION
- Customer can register for myONLINE facility through ATM or Bank Mayapada branch office.
- Requirements to register myONLINE:
- Have the type of my SAVING or individual GIRO savings
- The account must be active
- Must have proof of account ownership (savings/current account bank book or ATM card)
- Steps to register myONLINE through ATM:
- Insert the ATM card and PIN
- Select the language to be used
- Select the “Other Transactions” menu
- Select the “Service Registration/PIN” menu
- Select the “Internet Banking Registration” menu
- Enter 6 digit PIN for myONLINE → Select “Correct”
(Note: Use this 6-digit PIN as a password when logging in for the first time)
- Then a receipt will come out containing the myONLINE User ID
- myONLINE registration via ATM has been successful
(Note: The User ID is printed on the printed ATM receipt when the registration process is complete)
- Activate myTOKEN Immediately through the “MyTOKEN Activation” menu on myONLINE to be able to authorize financial transactions on myONLINE.
- Document requirement for myONLINE registration at Bank Mayapada branch office:
- KTP
- Paspor dan KITAS (for foreigner)
- Passbook
- ATM Card
- For registration through Bank Mayapada branch office, User ID will be sent through email and password will be sent through SMS according to customer’s registered data in Bank Mayapada.
- Authorization of financial transaction is done using myTOKEN. Activate myTOKEN immediately to enable financial transactions in myONLINE.
TIPS TO TRANSACT SECURELY
- Access myONLINE only by entering https://www.myonline.id on your internet browser.
- Make sure your browser displays https://www.myonline.id on the web address.
- Keep the details of your User ID, Password, and PIN myTOKEN confidential by :
- Do not share your User ID, Password, and PIN myTOKEN to anyone for any reason.
- Do not use easily known information such as phone number, birthday, etc as your Password or PIN.
- Do not write down your User ID, Password and PIN.
- Use User ID dan Password cautiously to prevent it from being seen by others.
- Transact in secure devices such as Personal PC or phone.
- Do not leave device in logged on condition. Always log out before leaving device.
- Inform Bank Mayapada if User ID or Password has been known by others.
