Mechanism of Bank Mayapada’s 33rd Anniversary Program:

1. Period : 01 February 2023 – 31 March 2023
2. Highest transaction frequency competition applies to myONLINE and myMOBILE
3. Three types of transactions: Transfers to Other Banks (Online/SKN/RTGS/BI-Fast), Payments and Purchases (including e-Wallet) must be in the combination of transactions made to be calculated in the program.
4. Make transaction min. 15x during program period.
5. Transaction calculations are carried out based on CIF.
6. Transfers from Bank Mayapada to Bank Mayapada are not counted in the accumulated number of transactions.
7. This program does not apply to Bank Mayapada Employees.
8. Bank Mayapada credit card payment transactions are calculated in max. 1x transaction/month.
9. Transactions that are included in the program calculation are transactions that are declared successful by the bank.
10. 5 customers with the highest transaction frequency are entitled to receive prizes prepared by Bank Mayapada:
    
    • 1st winner will receive 1 unit of Samsung Galaxy S22 Smartphon
    • 2nd winner will receive 1 unit of Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (WIFI + LTE)
    • 3rd winner will receive 1 unit of Philips Airfryer DIG 4.1L
    • 4th will receive 1 unit of Sanken Air Cooler
    • 5th will receive a Hypermart voucher worth IDR 1,000,000.00
      *Bank reserves the right to change the prize with an equivalent value
11. Announcement of winners will be made up to 10 working days after end of period program.
12. Announcement of winner for this program can be seen on Bank Mayapada website and instagram account. Bank Mayapada will also send a confirmation email and/or SMS to the winner of this program.
13. To collect the prize, winner can confirm by contacting call center 1-5000-29 within the period informed in the winner announcement post. If the winner does not confirm within time period it will be considered void.
14. Prize collection will be done at the account owning branch or the branch selected by customer based on confirmation when contacting call center.
15. If the winner is not present at the specified time and place for picking up the prize, or cannot provide the required documents for verification, the winner is considered disqualified.
16. The decision of Bank Mayapada cannot be contested.
17. Winners are free of charge.
18. Bank Mayapada will not ask for credential customer data such as user ID, password, PIN, OTP for program participation or prize receipt. Beware of fraud using the name of Bank Mayapada.
19. Prizes cannot be cashed or exchanged in any other form.
