Terms and Conditions

1. Perform one of three transactions, namely outgoing interbank transfer (Online/RTGS/SKN/BI-Fast), mobile top-ups, e-wallet top-ups and bill payments with a minimum total of 21 transactions per month during the program period.
2. Transactions must be made via myMOBILE & myONLINE.
3. Does not apply to Bank Mayapada employees.
4. Transaction calculations are made based on CIF.
5. Transactions that qualify for the program are transactions declared successful by the bank.
6. Customers who meet the requirements as mentioned in point no. 1-5 above will receive cashback of Rp25.000,-.
7. At the end of the Program, 3 Customers with the highest number of outgoing interbank transfers (Online/RTGS/SKN/BI-Fast), top-ups, or bill payments will each receive a prize of 1 Unit of Redmi Watch 3 Active Smartwatch.

Disclaimer

1. Cashback will be provided to customers within a maximum of 10 working days at the beginning of each following month.
2. The selection of the account to receive cashback is at the sole discretion of the bank.
3. The Bank's decision regarding this program cannot be contested.
4. Bank Mayapada will never request sensitive customer data such as user ID, password, PIN, OTP for program participation purposes. Beware of fraud attempts impersonating Bank Mayapada.
