Program Requirements

• mySAVING account must be active when the draw is conducted. Bank Mayapada is entitled to not include coupons owned by customers whose accounts are not active / dormant / closed before the program ends.
• The minimum balance requirement for the winning customer's mySAVING account is IDR 10 million for all prizes.
• If Bank Mayapada employees exchange myREWARDS points for sweepstakes coupons, then the Bank Mayapada employee’s sweepstakes coupons will be ignored during the prize draw. If Bank Mayapada employees exchange their myREWARDS points for coupons, they cannot be returned to myREWARDS points.

Program Mechanism

• If customer redeems their myREWARDS points by March 31, 2025, each conversion of 515 points = 3 Mayapada Sensasi coupons will apply.
• On March 31, 2025, all customer’s myREWARDS points will expire and will be converted by the system into a sweepstakes coupon with a conversion calculation of 515 My Rewards points = 1 Mayapada Sensasi coupon.
• Mayapada Sensasi coupons that do not win prizes cannot be returned to myREWARDS points.
• After the sweepstakes program period ends on March 31, 2025, mySAVING customers will still receive myREWARDS points according to the applicable myREWARDS provisions, but they can no longer be exchanged for sweepstakes coupons.
• To earn myREWARDS points from mySAVING is by increasing or maintaining the average monthly balance of mySAVING account. Every multiple of the average monthly balance of mySAVING of IDR 25k will earn 10 myREWARDS points.
• Bank Mayapada has the right to reject or cancel a customer's participation in this program if the customer does not meet the program requirements.
• The customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands and/or claims in connection with the customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
• Bank Mayapada is entitled to do analysis for fairness transactions, evaluate and decide to cancel a customer’s participant in this program if proven any indication of misuse / fraud committed by customers.
• Decisions, provisions and also changes to provisions is absolute and cannot be overruled.
• In terms of where there is a force majeure condition, Bank Mayapada is entitled to:
  
  • postpone or stop implementation of the program;
  • postpone or cancel giving the prizes to winners; and/ or
  • change the program period

Program Simulation

Illustration:

• Customer A has 1,050 myREWARDS points. Before March 31, 2025, customer A redeems 515 myREWARDS points into Mayapada Sensasi coupons and get 3 coupons. On March 31, 2025, the remaining 535 myREWARDS points are expired, and by system is converted to 1 coupon. So that Customer A has a total of 4 Mayapada Sensasi coupons.
• Customer B has 2,290 myREWARDS points. Before March 31, 2025, customer B does not redeem the myREWARDS points into Mayapada Sensasi coupons. On March 31, 2025, the remaining 2,290 myREWARDS points are expired, and by system are converted into 4 coupons. So that Customer B has a total of 4 Mayapada Sensasi coupons.
• Customer C has 6,150 myREWARDS points. Before March 31, 2025, customer C redeems 1,030 myREWARDS points to Mayapada Sensasi coupons and and get 6 coupons. Customer C also redeemed e-voucher transactions of 1,000 points. On March 31, 2025, the remaining 4,120 myREWARDS points are expired, and by system converted into 8 coupons. So then Customer C has a total of 14 Mayapada Sensasi coupons.
• Customer D has 520 myREWARDS points. Before March 31, 2025, customer D redeems 515 myREWARDS points to Mayapada Sensasi coupons and get 3 coupons. There is no addition points until March 31, 2025, and the remaining 5 myREWARDS points are expired, so that Customer D has a total of 3 Mayapada Sensasi coupons.

Customers A, B, C and D participate in the Mayapada Sensasi 2024 program with a total amount of coupons as stated above. The results of the draw with the condition that the balance in each customer's mySAVING account is as following:

• Customer A is not entitled to win the prize because the savings account has been closed.
• The sweepstakes coupon of customer B who already won the Honda Beat is excluded for the MG ZS and MG 4 EV prize draws.
• Customer C's coupon is cancelled because he is an employee of Bank Mayapada, so a re-draw is carried out to find another winner.
• The sweepstakes coupon of customer D who has already won the MG ZS is excluded from the next prize draw (MG 4 EV).

Sweepstakes Mechanism

• The draw will be held on April 24, 2025 and announced on April 29, 2025 via the official website and social media of Bank Mayapada.
• At the time of the draw, the customer's mySAVING account must still be active and meet the minimum fund requirement of IDR 10 million in the account.
• Customers who have won a prize cannot win another prize.
• If during the draw there are coupons with customers who do not meet the requirements (average balance below the provisions, inactive account, dormant account, closed account, or customers who has won another prize) then the draw will be repeated until there are customers who meet all the criteria.
• The winner will be selected through a drawing system (computerized) on April 24, 2025 in accordance with applicable regulations, Sealing and drawing witnessed and legalized by witnesses from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Social Service, Notary and Police.

• Bank Mayapada has the entitlement to verify the identity of Prize Winners. In case of Prize Winners are not succesfully verified by Bank Mayapada, Bank Mayapada is entitled to not hand over the prizes to the Winner.
• Prize Winners must claim their prize no later than 30 (thirty) days calendar since the date of sweepstakes at the Bank Mayapada Office Branch where customers opened their account, dealer vehicles designated by Bank Mayapada, or other locations as determined by Bank Mayapada.
• Prize Winners are not allowed to divert the right of Prize Handover to other parties.
• In terms of Prize Winners unable to directly claim the prize, Bank Mayapada is entitled to request a letter of power of attorney / appointment from Prize Winners to designated party to represent Prize Winners in claiming the prizes. Bank Mayapada is entitled to reject handing over prizes to the parties that cannot be verified by Bank Mayapada as Prize Winner or appointed by Prize Winner in accordance with terms & conditions applied in this program.
• Prizes in the form of vehicle will be given off the road. Additional costs such as tax letters vehicle, vehicle registration certificate, vehicle plate number, title transfer tax, admin fees, etc.) will be borne by the winner.
• The color and type of prize given to Winners will follow the stock / item availability.
• Bank Mayapada does not serve special requests for color, size, upgrade, exchange and also others reequests that are not in accordance with the specifications of the predetermined gift..
• Prize cannot be exchanged in cash, goods, or any other forms.
• Bank Mayapada does not provide warranty on prizes won by customers based on this program, therefore matters concerning complaint on quality of prizes must be directly intended to manufacturer producers.
• The prize tax (25%) is borne and paid by each customer winner.
• Bank Mayapada does not accept deposits for payment of taxes and other fees related to Prize Winners.
• All things related to calculation and tax reporting on prizes received by customers is the full resposibility of every customer (self-assessment basis).
• If Prize Winners are not succesfully verified by Bank Mayapada in accordance to the terms & conditions, or Prize Winners do not claim prize until the end term of program, prizes will be treated as an Unclaimed Prize by Winners and Bank Mayapada is entitled to hand over the unclaimed prize to official related authorities in accordance to provision applicable law. Prize Winners cannot submit claim or demands anything to Bank Mayapada on the unclaimed prize by the Prize Winner until the end term of program.
• These Terms and Conditions for Mayapada Sensasi have been established in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations, including Regulations of the Financial Services Authority
• Mayapada Sensasi sweapstakes program has been licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia on 30 September 2024 with number: 977/5.5/PI.02/09/2024.
  

• Be careful to all fraud committed by individuals or parties with ill intentions using Bank Mayapada’s name which promises prizes in any forms. Any fraud or act of crime carried out by third parties who are associated with or using Mayapada Sensasi is outside the authority of Bank Mayapada.
• Be alert and avoid fraudulent actions of announcing sweepstakes winners by telephone, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms using the name Bank Mayapada.
• Don't be fooled with fake messages, fake advertisements, fake accounts and fake websites of Bank Mayapada, and also other parties who offer Bank Mayapada’s sweepstakes program registration. To join the program Mayapada Sensasi, customers must own myREWARDS points and redeem these points into Mayapada Sensasi coupons.
• Mayapada Sensasi winner announcement will be posted on the official website and and social media of Bank Mayapada.
• Don't click on messages with unverified sources and never share confidential banking data such as ATM card number, OTP code, CVV/CVC code, PIN, and password to anyone.
